Well, I have to say that I honestly wasn’t expecting all of the great feedback and comments on the “33 Solo Grappling Drills in 7 Minutes – Click Here to View It” video. The responses were overwhelmingly positive and I had a lot of people who were looking forward to using them in there workouts, drilling sessions, and warm-ups.
Most of these drills I learned through out my 15 years of training from others and many I conjured up myself, which I sure others have probably thought of as well in other parts of the country or worlds. AND I STILL HAVE MORE!
I use these a lot in my warm-ups and even more so in my actual sports specific conditioning workouts.
You can use these in interval training, or for a short back to back session to get yourself warm-up and prepped for a good grappling training session.
As always I appreciate and endorse as many comments and questions as possible as it helps me keep going and makes me better every day.
Thank you for watching,
Jason Scully a.k.a The Grapplers Guide
Jason thank you this is great i will use this for a great warm up you are the best
Yeah boyyyyyyyyyyyy! Thanks very much for more of these. Just doing the sit out / twist drills at the beginning of the last solo drills videos tires me out, a good 20 of these after a quick jog and I am sweating like hell!
Another great video Jason, thanks
Very good job!You always show things that we realy need.Nobody likes
the tradicional warm up army style.Could you make for us a few warm up sequences with your drills, mixing both videos, for all levels ,to improve our
game?One for each day,like monday,wenesday and friday.
Tanks a lot, from your fan in Brasil,

Thanks for both videos Jason. Some really good exercises there and definitely some I will use. I already get some funny looks when I roll around in my work gym. Some of these will add to the amusement value I reckon!
Nice work!!! Outside single drill is very cool. I sometimes do the “pop-up” to the “solo arm bar” to the “get up in base” to the “explode out of the blocks like a sprinter and run right through this mfer” The Judo ones are sic as well. I bet you are a monster on the ground.
Can I download these so I can watch them on T.V.?

Good way to compile all these warm up drills into a pretty exhausting workout.really like the Judo input
