Push/Pull Sweep - Very Effective and Awesome!

I was training at my coaches gym in Philly, PA, his name is Jared Weiner (Lloyd Irvin’s 1st Black Belt), and well I happened to be watching one of his rolling sessions because we had an odd number of people and he was rolling with a fellow Black Belt training partner who is also a competitor. They were both going at it, fighting for position and trying to get the upper hand. Then BAM, he hit this sick sweep. Right after he was done rolling I asked him what he did and he showed me. It thought it was too cool for others not to see so I was able to get him to show it to all of you as well.

This sweep not only works but it looks cool too hahaha…I guarantee if you drill this you can hit it for sure! So drill it, practice it, and let us know how you do.

There are definitely benefits and drawbacks in anything. I bet when your coach was growing up he hated that name. Now, when he looks back it probably helped make the decision to go and train and now HE’s the tough guy and no one says anything about his name anymore. Cool
