Reverse Omo Plata in Competition and Detailed Instruction on How to Do It

So this past weekend I competed and I placed first in the Expert No-Gi division.  Was a ton of fun and great experience.

In the finals I hit a move I’ve been working on for a little bit now. It’s called the Reverse Omo Plata. It’s a fun move to do, flashy haha, but high percentage.

This move catches so many people off guard because they aren’t even expecting it to happen.

Here’s a video of me hitting it in competition and following it is a detailed instruction on how exactly I did it.

Definitely try it out and see if it fits into your game, be careful though because this move his really dangerous.
